PHYSICAL WATER TREATMENT

Unlike chemical water treatment where water is made useful by adding substances, physical water treatment works by removing harmful constituents from water with the help of a variety of processes.

We have the right systems engineering for it. Whether as an individual unit or a custom concept for your overall system. Our technology is easy and convenient to use, can be customised for connection to all types of interfaces and will document all processes electronically.

FILTRATION

Mechanical impurities, such as particles of rust, sand, etc., can be successfully removed by using various types of filters (filter inserts, sand, fillers, etc.). In general, we define ordinary, micro- or nano-filtration. The filter can be inserted in the main distribution or in the bypass.

SOFTENING UNITS

In individual regions we encounter different hard water. The salts dissolved in it form scale deposits in the pipelines, which damages the equipment and reduces its efficiency. Our proven softening systems are based on ion exchange using a special resin. Calcium and magnesium ions are replaced with sodium ions. Systems usually consist of two column vessels of the same type. When the capacity of the first column is exhausted, the second is activated and the first is regenerated. The hard water in the column flows through the control valve from top to bottom, is guided through the ion exchange resin and then rises again. Calcium remains in the resin, which must be regenerated at regular intervals. After this physical treatment, the water is soft and practically free of calcium.

REVERSE OSMOSIS

Modern technological processes increasingly require cooling water with a very low salt content and / or process water with an extremely low salt load. Physical treatment of water using the principle of reverse osmosis is the most precise method. Reverse osmosis is a filtration process that filters substances in the molecular region from water (nanofiltration).
